Where does my baby go? Those children who turned 2 years old before September 15, 2008 will advance to the preschool Butterfly or Bumble Bee Rooms on August 31st, promotion Sunday. We want to recognize Faith Kasper who has done a wonderful job in planning and presenting these children with a solid introduction to God as Creator and Jesus, his son who loves them anytime, anywhere. Renee Lynn has been her active and willing assistant. Both of these ladies have been a blessing to our kids and the nursery ministry. It is true, however that several of our present Sunday staff members are leaving the nursery to become active in Preschool or Kid’s Kingdom with their children as they advance. So…


Sunday Staff Openings: Must be High School Grad and at least 18. This Position is a weekly commitment. I am willing to work with individuals who would like to split weeks. They must be willing to work at least 2 Sundays a month and alternate 5th Sundays. During the 11:00 service, we need workers for 7 to 12 months (Rm 207), 13 to 18 months (rm 208), and 19 to 23 months (rm 209).

Midweek Openings: Tuesday morning, weekly from 9:00 -11:30. Openings in each class group infant to 4&5 years.
Wednesday morning, weekly from 9:30 – Noon. Times, number of children and ages of children may vary slightly according to ministry need.
Thursday morning, 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, from 9:00 – 11:30, varied ages.

Allowances can be made for individual time needs for school drop off and pick up.
Adult, College students welcome. I am willing to work around semester schedules. Home school students 15 or older need to be partnered with an adult. Contact Mary Pollard at 598-6767 x119.

Preschool Openings: Sundays 11:00, varied ages. We can accommodate anyone who wants to work in a specific classroom.
